Rooted in a deep love for nature and sustainable practices, Chef Ken draws daily inspiration from the estate’s lush surroundings in Colon, Michigan. Herbs and produce grown right on the property shape a constantly evolving menu that reflects the rhythm of the land and the changing seasons.
Each dinner is an intimate, communal gathering, designed to bring people together around thoughtfully crafted dishes. From Wednesdays to select Saturdays, guests can enjoy these unique evenings where food, place, and community come together.
