Saturday Weddings: $10,500 venue fee plus catering and beverage. Catering starts at $160/pp. Venue fee includes: tables, chairs, linens, utensils and glasses, decor, staffing for set up and clean up. You’ll also have access to the house for getting ready. Mimosas are also provided throughout the day!

House Rental: $4500 Thursday through Sunday. 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, large parlor.

Friday & Sunday Dinner Party Weddings: Peak season $12,800. Non peak season $6400. Includes food and beverage. No venue rental fee. None of the fuss of a big wedding. Perfect for low key and chill couples who just want an epic dinner party with family and friends.

Private Dining/Party starts at $95/pp. Buyouts only

Showers, Birthdays and other types of parties: We can host smaller events on Sundays at $55/pp for food and nonalcoholic beverage. $16/pp to add wine, beer and canned cocktails.
