June 22nd, Jordan Smith, Coeur Restaurant

$120.00
sold out

Chef and owner Jordan Smith of Ferndale Michigan’s New American minimalist restaurant Coeur, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has graced the kitchens of award-winning fine dining establishments in Boston, Toronto, New York and San Francisco.

In the summer of 2023, Chef Smith and his dedicated team opened Coeur, injecting a fresh perspective into Detroit's dynamic culinary landscape. Derived from the French word for heart, Coeur offers deft plates without pretension. Chef Smith’s West Coast sensibilities, use of innovative flavors and the culinary craftsmanship he honed working at Michelin starred restaurants, are at the heart of the menu.

Nestled in Ferndale’s thriving restaurant row, Coeur’s sleekly modern dining room was designed to be a comfortable spot to enjoy small plates, large entrees, or the chef’s five course tasting menu, along with a curated wine list from sommelier Sean Crenny and handcrafted desserts prepared by Pastry Chef Carla Spicuzzi
